If you are having trouble viewing a broadcast, try the following to help resolve your issue:

  1. Refresh the webpage.

  2. Try another Internet browser. We recommend Google Chrome.

  3. Try using another device.

  4. Clear your Cache and Cookies on your browser. Not sure how? Find out how to clear your cache.

If you purchased a ticket to watch a broadcast and are experiencing an issue, please review our FAQs for watching a ticketed event.

If you've tried the above steps and the broadcast is still not working for you, your best next step is to reach out to the organization that is producing the broadcast, to make sure you have the correct lin, and that they are not having technical issues.

If you cannot reach the organization, you may reach out to questions@boxcast.com with the name of the broadcast you are watching, the device you are watching it on, and details of the issue you are experiencing, and we'd be happy to help in any way we can.
