If you are having trouble paying for a broadcast you could be running into one of two issues:
The payment process is incompatible with your browser. Switch to a different browser (or a different device) and try again.
Your anti-virus/security software (e.g. Kaspersky or Norton) may be blocking our payment system. If paying by credit card, try adding "www.stripe.com" to the list of allowed sites (e.g., Kapersky's "Safe Money" list), which may solve the issue.
