Verify Physical Connections
It sounds simple, but start by double-checking the physical cables. Make sure that your mixer is securely plugged into the device running the Software Agent. If the hardware isn't physically talking to the computer, the software won't be able to hear it!
Check Agent Routing
On the device running your agent, take a look at the audio routing settings. You’ll want to make sure you have explicitly selected the correct input to send to the agent so it knows which signal to pick up.
Confirm Mixer Routing
Don't forget to check the "other side" of the cable—the mixer itself. Make sure your mixer is actually routing the intended mix to the USB output (or whichever output you’re using) that connects to your agent device.
Optimize Browser Settings
Since the preview relies on your browser's performance, make sure Chrome’s graphics acceleration is enabled. To do this, you'll go to Settings, then System, and make sure that Use graphics acceleration when available is enabled. If it’s already on but you’re still having trouble, try toggling it off and back on again to refresh the setting.
Check GPU & HEVC Support
For the best experience, your GPU needs to support HEVC playback. If you are on a Windows machine and things aren't looking or sounding right, you may need to download and install the HEVC Video Extensions from the Microsoft Store to bridge the gap.
