Upgrading your account in the BoxCast Dashboard

This article will show you how to upgrade your account directly inside of the BoxCast dashboard.

If you need to upgrade your account or buy a BoxCast product, you can easily do this inside of the BoxCast Dashboard.

Upgrade your paid plan

To upgrade your account, start by going to your account drop-down on the top right side of the screen, and click on My Account. Select the Billing tab (or just click here), and then click Upgrade Plan.

This will redirect you to another page where you will be able to select the new plan you wish to be on. If you would like to keep the same plan and buy a BoxCaster Encoder, Scoreboard Assist, or add-on for your account select Keep Current Plan.

Once you select a plan, click Continue.

If you would like to add a BoxCast encoder or Scoreboard Assist onto your order you can select them on the Hardware page.

You do not have to select an add-on option to continue. Once you click Continue, you will need to sign the agreement on the next page and click Finalize document.

You will need to enter your credit card or bank information to complete your payment. You might see a credit next to your current plan. This is a discount applied based on how many days in the month are left when you upgrade. You receive this credit because you didn't end up using that plan for the entire month. We will also prorate your new plan’s payment for this month.
