Once the broadcast is live, you will want to select a resolution that you want to play back in and pause the video so it can begin to buffer. If the broadcast is already over, you can click on it and let it start buffering once it is done.

It is very important to select the resolution. If you are having trouble with buffering the video at a higher resolution, we would recommend picking a lower one based on your network speed.

Common Questions

Is there a delay between the broadcast and the MSP?

Yes! The MSP will have the same delay as a normal stream which can be 30 seconds to 1 minute.

What happens if my internet goes down while watching a video on the MSP?

The video will keep on playing up to the end of the buffer. For example, if the Buffered Time Remaining is 45 minutes, it will play for those 45 minutes until the internet comes back on.

Will it continue to buffer the video while we watch it as well?
Yes! As long as it stays connected to the internet you should have no problem watching the video while it buffers the remaining video.
