Outputting from Switcher Studio to BoxCast as a custom RTMP

Switcher Studio outlines how to stream RTMP in this article. Once you are ready for your Server URL, follow these directions to complete your setup.

Create an RTMP source in the BoxCast Dashboard.

Use the Copy to Clipboard button to precisely copy the Server URL, and then paste the Server URL in Switcher Studio.

Each RTMP source created in the BoxCast Dashboard has its own unique Stream Key. Use the Copy to Clipboard button to precisely copy the Stream Key, and then paste the Stream key/ID in Switcher Studio.

When Switcher Studio is actively live, it will show as Connected in the BoxCast Dashboard.

Note: A broadcast must be scheduled through the BoxCast Dashboard in order to live stream the feed BoxCast is receiving from Switcher Studio.

Using a direct integration between Switcher Studio and BoxCast

The following video will explain how to set up and use the direct integration between Switcher Studio and BoxCast.
