If you're in our free trial, or have purchased a Mixing Station Anywhere subscription from BoxCast, a Mixing Station subscription is included. You'll have access to all of their compatible mixers, on up to 4 devices. Here's how to get access.
Make sure you have a subscription
This bears repeating. You must be in a current 14 day free trial, or have a Mixing Station Anywhere paid subscription. If you need help adding it to your current streaming subscription, you can reach out to questions@boxcast.com for help.
Download the app
Mixing Station has both desktop and mobile app options. You can download whichever you like on the Mixing Station website, or from a relevant app store.
Log into the app with your BoxCast account info
Once you open the app, you'll see an option to Select your Mixer. Click on the Mixing Station Anywhere logo.
If your BoxCast email doesn't match a previous Mixing Station email, you may need to log out so you can log back in with BoxCast.
Click on the Mixing Station Anywhere logo again.
Click on Step 4: Login
You should have already installed your software agent and connected your mixer. If if you haven't done that yet, you'll want to complete that step first.
Log in with your BoxCast account info. Your phone will take you to a different (browser) window to complete this step.
Once you log in, you'll be redirected back to the Mixing Station app (you may have to select "Allow" so this page can open the app), and you will be able to see your connected mixers. Now you're ready to mix, either locally or remotely, from the Mixing Station app!
