If you were a RemoteMix user and connected your mixer via the software agent, you'll want to upgrade to the Mixing Station Agent

RemoteMix is now Mixing Station Web, and we have a brand new software agent to connect your mixer to the Mixing Station Anywhere cloud. If you have the RemoteMix Software Agent, it might have some functionality for awhile, but it's no longer supported, and will receive no more updates. The good news is, making the switch is simple.

If you're a Windows User

The switch from RMSA to the Mixing Station agent should be seamless- all you have to do is click "update" in the system tray, and we'll do everything else for you.

If you're a Mac User

If you have RMSA installed on a Mac, there are just a few steps:

Select Upgrade from the Agent menu at the top of your screen.

The application will close to complete the upgrade, and install the Mixing Station Agent. Next, you'll manually reopen Mixing Station Agent from Applications or Spotlight.

That's all there is to it!
