From time to time, when creating clips through BoxCast's AI Assist, you may encounter an error message stating that there was an error creating your clips.

It could be due to a general process or transcript error.

Most of the time, it's because the request returned no clips at all. The AI Assist feature pulls what it believes will be the most interesting portions of your broadcast based on the audio transcript. It doesn't really register music or silence.

To put it simply, if your broadcast doesn't have a lot of talking, it might not be able to pull clips via the AI Assist feature. In this case, we recommend creating your clips manually instead.

Note: You are also unable to request clips from audio-only broadcasts at this time.
