Your viewer analytics can be downloaded right from the BoxCast Dashboard. Simply go to Reports, then select the data you'd like to download, up to 7 days. Select Export data to CSV at the top left of your screen, and the .CSV file will automatically download for you.
Please note that all report downloads are in GMT time.
The report will provide information such as time viewed, broadcast name, seconds watched, country, device watched on, browser, and more.
The limit is set to 7 days or about 50,000 viewers. If you had an unusually large audience, you can still download the data in smaller increments by shortening the date parameters. The 7-day limit is a hard limit, where the viewer count can vary, so feel free to fiddle with it to get the desired result.
