Before the event

Gather your link

Make sure that you have the link to the broadcast one hour before the event. You should have received an email with the link included. If for some reason you did not receive your link, you can reach out to questions@boxcast.com.

Prepare your gear

Decide which device you'd like to use to view the event. BoxCast streams work great on computers and mobile devices. If you want to upgrade your experience, you can also watch on your TV. Check out our support doc on how to set it up. You can also check out our list of recommended devices here. Please note that ticketed events cannot be viewed on Roku, Apple TV, or Amazon Fire TV.

Sharing is not caring (at least in this case)

Don't share your personal ticketed link with anyone else, or your own link will be shut down.

Having issues?

Refresh the webpage

Hitting that refresh button should always be your first step when troubleshooting...it fixes all sorts of issues.

Try another browser

We recommend Google Chrome.

Switch up your device.

It's possible your device isn't compatible, or has something installed that is blocking the link. Changing to a different device is a quick fix for this, so you don't miss out on anything.

Clear your Cache and Cookies

Not sure how? No problem. You can learn how to clear your cache here.

Houston, we have a problem

If you're still having issues, we recommend reaching out to the organization that's broadcasting the stream to make sure they aren't having any issues.
