If you are a viewer trying to watch a broadcast on a TV, there are a couple of options for you.
BoxCast allows its clients to set up an Apple TV, Roku, and Fire TV channel. Start by downloading the BoxCast app on those devices and once the app is downloaded, search for your organization. Note: If this is a ticketed event, it will NOT be on the BoxCast app. Learn more about watching a ticketed event.
For best results across all brands of TV, we recommend connecting a computer directly to the TV using an HDMI cable. This will mirror your computer display on the TV.
Lastly, you can connect a computer, tablet, or smartphone over Wi-Fi using a Chromecast or using Apple Airplay. Note: when streaming over Wi-Fi the quality of the video will be dependent on your device and Wi-Fi connection.
For smart TVs with built-in browsers, we cannot guarantee that a live stream will work since many TVs are incapable of playing video directly from any source or website.
