If you need to delete multiple upcoming or past broadcasts in the BoxCast Dashboard, we have a way for you to do that in bulk, rather than clicking on individual broadcasts. You can choose to do this from Grid mode or List mode in the Broadcasts area of the Dashboard.

Bulk Delete Broadcasts from Grid Mode

Click on either Upcoming Broadcasts or Past Broadcasts.

You'll find yourself in a view that shows all of your Upcoming or Past Broadcasts, and you'll notice a box in the top left corner that allows you to select all of your broadcasts.

You can also hover over individual broadcasts and select them that way.

Once you've selected the broadcasts you'd like to delete, simply hit the Delete X Broadcasts button at the top right of your screen.

Confirm you've selected the correct items, and then click the final delete button. Please note that you will not be able to recover broadcasts after this step is complete.

You're all set!

Bulk Delete Broadcasts from List Mode

Click on either Upcoming Broadcasts or Past Broadcasts, then select List mode at the top right of your screen.

Select the broadcasts you wish to delete by checking the box next to each broadcast, or you can select the box at the top left of your screen to select all. After selecting the broadcasts you'd like to remove, simply click on the Delete X Broadcasts button at the top right of your screen.

Confirm you've selected the correct items, and then click the final delete button. Please note that you will not be able to recover broadcasts after this step is complete.

That's it! You've deleted multiple broadcasts at once and freed up space in your dashboard. This can be particularly useful if your storage preference is set to Auto-Bill and broadcasts have exceeded your free storage duration. Learn more about how storage fees are calculated.
