Organizations can use Video Markers to tag significant moments in their broadcasts so that they can be easily referenced by viewers. Use this feature to pull out memorable clips, illustrations, or easily consumable content, helping your viewers quickly find exactly what they are looking for.

Using Video Markers

After the broadcast has ended, click on the Video Markers tab below the broadcast.

In the video player, go to the time in the broadcast where you wish to create a video marker. Pause the video on that timestamp. Title this moment to create a video marker, then hit Save.

If you need to edit the video markers, simply click on the edit button to the right of the screen, make your edits, and then Save.

Now viewers can click on this video marker in the Video Marker to watch that moment. It will jump right to the time in the broadcast for the video marker they select. Viewers can see this on BoxCast.tv or the BoxCast embedded player.

In order for the embedded player to show the Video Marker, you must embed the player with the Video Markers option enabled.

Can people see my Video Markers on social media, Apple TV or Roku Apps?
