Access to a Mixing Station subscription is included whether you're trialing or have a BoxCast RemoteMix subscription. Access includes all mixers compatible with Mixing Station, and licensure on up to four devices.
Please contact your BoxCast success manager via success@boxcast.com if you require assistance adding BoxCast RemoteMix to your current BoxCast Streaming plan.
Download Mixing Station App
Mixing Station offers desktop and mobile app options. You can download whichever you like directly from the Mixing Station website, or from the store of your chosen device.
Log In to Mixing Station App with Your BoxCast Account
1. Open the Mixing Station app and click the BoxCast RemoteMix option under Select your Mixer.
If your BoxCast email doesn't match a previous Mixing Station email, you will need to log out so you can log back in using your BoxCast credentials.
2. Click on the BoxCast RemoteMix option again.
As stated in the opening of the article, you must be trialing OR have a BoxCast RemoteMix subscription to access BoxCast RemoteMix through Mixing Station.
3. Install the BoxCast RemoteMix app on a Mac or PC. Learn more if you have not done so.
4. Physically connect your video and audio sources to the BoxCast RemoteMix app computer, from the step above. This will enable you to preview both audio and video from the device you use for mixing remotely.
5. Click Login.
Log in with your BoxCast login credentials. Your device will open a window in its default browser to complete this step.
Once logged in, you'll be redirected to the Mixing Station app. You will be able to see your connected mixers and now you're ready to mix, either locally or remotely, from the Mixing Station app!
