On February 16, Facebook made a change that is preventing some pages from going live. Facebook recommends that you continue to grow your page, and wait a few weeks before trying again. We have reached out to Facebook to protest this change.

You can still send your streams from BoxCast to your personal profile, and share the video to your page.

If you are affected by this issue you will see the following Permissions Error in your BoxCast Dashboard:

If you try to go live directly to your page via RTMP you will see this error message:

Can I stream to my affected Facebook page via RTMP?

Unfortunately not. If you see this message your page is completely prevented from live streaming.
