How to use BoxCast's Self Checkout

Upgrade Your Plan, Purchase Add-Ons or Hardware through BoxCast's Self Checkout Feature

Did you know that you can upgrade your plan, purchase hardware, or add features to your account without talking to a BoxCast team member? Of course, our friendly coaches are always happy to help, but for you introverts (or if it's after hours), here's how to do it yourself inside the BoxCast Dashboard!

Log into the BoxCast Dashboard, then go to Settings, and the Billing tab.

Click on Upgrade Plan (if you only need a plan Add-On, you can select Purchase Add-Ons).

Here, you can choose to upgrade your plan, or Keep Current Plan. Hit Continue to proceed. The next screen lets you choose to purchase BoxCast hardware.

Click the plus sign to add a piece of hardware (or do nothing if you don't need any), then hit Continue again.

The Add-On page has a plus sign for plan add-ons that you're allowed to add. If there is no plus sign, you might need a different plan to add that feature. You'll be able to see which plan you need in italics below the description. Hit Continue again once you're finished adding features.

The final step is to sign the agreement and pay for your purchase. Congrats on your upgrade to better streaming!
