To use the Mixing Station Software Agent, you will need to enable specific permissions on your computer. The process may vary slightly between Mac and PC. Please follow the steps below to ensure Mixing Station Anywhere functions correctly on your device.
Apple Mac Instructions
Once you download and open the Software Agent, you will be prompted to enable your microphone and camera on the screen. You will want to allow. If for some reason that changes and you turn off the connection, you will want to follow these instructions below.
Go into your System Settings and click on Privacy & Security.
Next go to Microphone and Camera and turn on Mixing Station Agent in each.
Once you relaunch your Mixing Station Software Agent, this should allow you to select the correct camera and microphone.
PC instructions
Once you download and open the Software Agent, your camera and microphone will be automatically enabled on your PC, provided the following settings are selected. If you encounter any issues, please check your Camera Privacy Settings and Microphone Privacy Settings to ensure they are enabled.
